Why this page exists
The two kinds of AI help, and why neither works alone.
Hire a strategy firm and you get a deck. It is often a good deck. It names the opportunity, sizes the benefit, and stops exactly where the hard part begins, because the people who wrote it have never had to make an integration hold together on a Tuesday afternoon.
Hire a dev shop and you get exactly what you asked for. Which is rarely what you needed, because the person who scoped it was you, and you were guessing.
The gap between those two is where most AI budgets in Australia are currently going to die. Nexerada exists to close it: the same person does the thinking and the making, in the same week, so nothing is lost in the handover. There is no handover.

Before we start
- Two hours, paid discovery. We map your current systems and find where the hours leak. You leave with a written recommendation you can act on with anyone, including not us.
- A proposal. Fixed scope, fixed price, named deliverables. No hourly drift.
Weeks one and two
- Sitting with the people who do the work, watching the actual process, not the documented one
- A ranked list of what to automate: what it saves, what it costs, what it risks
- Agreement on what we are building before a line of it exists
Weeks three to six
- Building, in your environment, against your real data
- Something working in front of you every week, not a status report
- The integrations that nobody scopes properly: the CRM, the finance system, the thing held together by a spreadsheet
Weeks seven and eight
- Live in production, with your team trained on it in their own words
- Documentation a new starter could follow
- Sixty days of post-launch support, because week nine is when the real questions arrive
Essentials engagements run one to four weeks; Transform runs eight to sixteen. The shape holds, the length changes.
Who you would actually be hiring
An operator, not an adviser who has only ever advised.
Andre DeLaite founded Eloura Australia, a luxury hotel amenities brand now owned and operated by Nexerada, which reached US$500,000 a month in turnover at its 2019 peak with 100+ hotel and resort clients across seven countries at that time. The brand is held within Nexerada and continues to trade at elouraaustralia.com.
That matters here for one reason. Every recommendation has to survive the question "would I do this with my own money", because at some point he did. Supply chains through Sydney and Shanghai, a team across two countries, and the unglamorous integration work that makes any of it function.
More recently: an AI parliamentary monitoring agent built and deployed in two days for a government relations firm, removing up to 40 hours a month of manual research across seven parliament websites. And an end-to-end digital transformation for a national disability sports organisation, delivered ahead of a season launch.

Paid Discovery is a fixed A$550 including GST, paid at booking. Project ranges are quoted in a proposal and exclude GST. Clients outside Australia are invoiced GST-free as an export of services.
Straight answers
The questions people actually ask.
Will I work with the person who pitched me?
Yes. Nexerada is founder-led and Andre runs every engagement himself. No juniors swapped in after the pitch. That is also the honest constraint: there is a limit to how many engagements run at once, and sometimes the answer is a date rather than a yes.
Do you only work in Sydney?
Sydney-based, working across Australia and internationally. Most of the build happens wherever the systems live, which is to say online. Clients outside Australia are invoiced GST-free as an export of services.
What if AI is not the answer?
Then we say so. A good deal of what looks like an AI problem is a process problem wearing a costume, and automating a broken process just produces broken outcomes faster. Discovery is where that gets caught, which is part of why it is paid work rather than a sales call.
What do we walk away owning?
Everything. The systems run in your accounts, on your infrastructure, with your credentials. Documentation your team can follow and training in their own words. No dependency on us by design, and no rented seat you have to keep paying for.
